What's Required of You?
Volunteering with the TDC isn't a full-time job — it's a flexible commitment to ensuring your volunteer crew's responsibilities are executed. Your crew lead will coordinate the details.
Be Reliable
When you commit to a role, follow through. Your crew is counting on you.
Be Communicative
Respond to your crew lead and let them know if plans change. Communication keeps everything running.
Be Willing to Learn
No experience required. Just a willingness to jump in and figure it out together.

What Crews Are Available?
Browse the volunteer crews below to see where you can help. Each crew has a lead who will coordinate schedules and responsibilities.
Varsity Gameday Crew
Support home game operations including field setup and teardown, chain gang, press box, scoreboard, and game-day logistics.
Varsity Road Crew
Travel to away games to provide sideline support, equipment transport, and represent the Eagles on the road.
Junior Varsity Gameday Crew
Handle game-day operations for JV home games including field setup, sideline support, and logistics coordination.
Freshman Gameday Crew
Handle game-day operations for freshman home games including field setup, sideline support, and logistics coordination.
Tailgate & Gameday Experience
Create the pregame atmosphere for home games — tailgate setup, music, fan engagement, spirit activities, and overall gameday energy.
Spirit Wear
Manage merchandise inventory, coordinate sales at games and events, handle online orders, and organize distribution to families.
Varsity Team Meals
Plan, prepare, and serve pre-game or post-game meals for varsity players on game days. Coordinate menus and food donations from families.
JV & Freshman Team Meals
Plan, prepare, and serve pre-game or post-game meals for JV and freshman players on game days. Coordinate menus and food donations.
Sponsorship & Fundraising
Help recruit local business sponsors, support fundraising campaigns, and build community partnerships that fund the program.
Social Media & Content
Capture photos, video, and game-day content for the program's social media channels, highlight reels, and season recap materials.
Event Planning
Organize and execute Touchdown Club events including the end-of-season banquet, parent meetings, senior night, community outreach, and more.
