Browse the volunteer crews below to see where you can help. Each crew has a lead who will coordinate schedules and responsibilities.
Support home game operations including field setup and teardown, chain gang, press box, scoreboard, and game-day logistics.
Travel to away games to provide sideline support, equipment transport, and represent the Eagles on the road.
Handle game-day operations for JV home games including field setup, sideline support, and logistics coordination.
Handle game-day operations for freshman home games including field setup, sideline support, and logistics coordination.
Create the pregame atmosphere for home games — tailgate setup, music, fan engagement, spirit activities, and overall gameday energy.
Manage merchandise inventory, coordinate sales at games and events, handle online orders, and organize distribution to families.
Plan, prepare, and serve pre-game or post-game meals for varsity players on game days. Coordinate menus and food donations from families.

Help recruit local business sponsors, support fundraising campaigns, and build community partnerships that fund the program.
Capture photos, video, and game-day content for the program's social media channels, highlight reels, and season recap materials.
Organize and execute Touchdown Club events including the end-of-season banquet, parent meetings, senior night, community outreach, and more.
